Color mod

For now, the only mod is the player's color scheme, which can be changed by changing a file included in the game's folder. (Each column of colors after the first is a separate color scheme)

Here is a list of the colors, and what they do. These are the colors as they actually appear in the sprites, before they are swapped to the default orange hair theme.

Some colors only appear on the hud mugshot, or in the case of some of the skin colors, in H animations were extra colors were needed.

I made add or removed colors used in the sprites, so if an old mod stops working correctly, that's generally why.

  2. I posted over on the concept art page about different creatures having different sexual stats, then I saw this page and it had me wondering... Are the climax animations static and baked, or does it depend on how much cum they have left? If it's simply based on a stat value, I think this stat would be great to be moddable.... you know... for those of us who really want turn up the dial on that stuff ;)

    1. The fluids are particle effects, so they can be changed and added to.

    2. Some pretty good tech you got in this game, then! Well yes in that case, I hope modding (or that .ini files you) would allow for some adjustments to climax and cum behavior. That'd be the greatest thing ever ^^

  3. Seeing as how this is said to be a just-for-fun free time project you're putting out there for free, have you considered going open source with it? As a programmer myself, I'd love to sink my claws into this game and tinker around with it a bit.

    1. Import your color_mod file into an image editor like https://www.piskelapp.com/ and change the red/blue columns to the colors you want as described in the original post.

  5. Hey, for modding it actually helps a whole lot if you compile for VM instead of compiling YYC. This allows modding tools to view and edit the game's base code easily even without a copy of the source by using existing modding tools. However, do be careful if you add any features which need to be secure, like multiplayer or microtransactions, as these could potentially be tampered with.

    1. Most mods will be things I program the game to use externally. I don't think that most people will be modding the game in any significant way beyond that given the difficulty.
