Changes
-A bunch of stuff broke.
-Climbing (hold up while jumping at a wall)
- Basic Cat H animation for enemies. (A fairly basic one, however next update will also have more H for her)
- Made is so if characters lack an animation, they default to what they do have.
- Temporarily changed plains level generation so you have something to climb.

Notes:
Most of the stuff I worked on since the last update is not in the game yet (such as caves).
I will be using the cat character for a few updates, since making the cat enemy playable broke a bunch of old player stuff , and I need to reprogram a few things related to the player/picking other chars, so that it isn't one or the other..

There will especially be a lot of broken and in-progress stuff in the next few updates since a lot of it isn't going to work until it's all there together.

Don't worry about bugs in this one cause there's a lot of em.

  3. Part of me wonders if the missing internal view is just one of the things that broke, of if it's because the neko will be getting a different womb graphic from Lufu. Either way, fine work so far!

  4. Hi, I have Windows 10 latest update. Never had issues with Lufuclad before but this one freezes my computer when I launch it and I have to switch it off and on again. I haven't got into the game yet.

    2. Yep, version 21 cat works, but not this new one. I can't think of a cause but then I also can't check out the processes or whatever to see what's being affected. I managed to see a single frame of the map screen but that is the furthest I've got, it usually just freezes upon clicking it.

      If it's any help, my CPU is Intel G4400, 16GB RAM.

    3. Scratch that, I think I figured out what happened.
      I had it in my downloads and probably my antivirus scan deleted something in the folder. I put it in my avoid-scan folder and it works :) sorry for the false alarm.

    I petition that all the cat girl sound effects become cute. And if she gets a voice, it's kitten noises.

    I immediately wanted her to sound adorable when climbing the wall. It just became a primal desire within me.

  7. how long till you think there will be a good game play loop working? or like save files. im really looking forward to more of this game, but its hard to play without something to do lol.

    1. Food spawning (not from killing enemies)
      Nighttime risk (Strong enemies during the night)
      Consequences for running out of HP.
      Enemy caves that you must destroy to get rid of enemy spawns
      Enemy level based on distance from base.

      Those are the things I will probably have to add before the loop will make any sense. In simple terms, it will be playable when the player is required to explore and/or has a sustainable conflict.

    3. Impossible to tell, honestly. Sometimes more than one thing gets done in an update. Most of it takes longer than it usually would just because of the finicky nature of everything needing to fit the framework, otherwise I end up redoing it later.

    That was to be expected if you didn't updated them about everything at the same time. At least that makes you set the basics of character/class swap early enough so you can focus on the rest of house things later and integrate it smoothly.

  11. I love how the cat rolls and falls flat on her butt, super cute!
    Also, the paw-boxing and her mobility really helps differentiate her from the original sword-girl for me (in a good way)
    like shifting from a DS sword-and-shield to a glass cannon
    Keep it up! :)
